The 5.2×5.2mm SMD Tactile Switch is the “ultra-compact” workhorse of the surface-mount world. Occupying a middle ground between the tiny 3x6mm rectangular switches and the standard 6x6mm square switches, the 5.2mm series is specifically designed for low-profile consumer electronics where every tenth of a millimeter matters.
